Delete Your Account
We’re sorry to see you go.
Easiest way: delete from the app
Open Sulu, go to Settings → Delete Account, and follow the prompts. Your account and data will be removed immediately.
If you can’t access the app, you can also request deletion by email. We will process your request and confirm once your account has been removed.
Request deletion by email
Send an email to privacy@suluapp.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your Sulu account.
What gets deleted
When we process your deletion request, we permanently remove:
- your account and login credentials
- all symptom entries and tracking data
- any generated summaries or exports
- your subscription and billing relationship
This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
Processing time
We aim to process all deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been removed.
