Supplement & HRT Tracking
Log supplements and HRT alongside your symptoms. Track regimens, get reminders, and share a complete picture with your doctor.
Sulu is a tracking tool, not a medical recommendation. We don’t suggest, prescribe, or endorse any supplement. Always consult your doctor before starting anything new.
Magnesium Glycinate
One of the most commonly taken supplements during perimenopause. Women track it alongside sleep quality, muscle tension, anxiety, and headaches.
Higher doses can cause diarrhoea or stomach upset. Form matters — glycinate, citrate, and oxide are not interchangeable.
What Sulu tracks
Dosage (mg), form, frequency
Vitamin D3
Often recommended alongside calcium for bone health during the menopausal transition. Many women in northern latitudes are deficient.
Very high intakes are not harmless. Get levels checked before supplementing long-term.
What Sulu tracks
Dosage (IU), frequency
Omega-3 (Fish Oil / DHA+EPA)
Tracked by women focusing on joint pain, brain fog, and mood. Some research suggests anti-inflammatory benefits during perimenopause.
Can cause fishy burps and reflux. Check with your doctor if you take blood thinners.
What Sulu tracks
Dosage (mg), EPA/DHA ratio, frequency
Black Cohosh
A traditional herbal remedy commonly tracked alongside hot flashes and night sweats. One of the most researched herbs for menopausal symptoms.
Some safety concerns exist around liver health. Discuss with your doctor before starting.

Evening Primrose Oil
Tracked by women experiencing hot flashes and breast tenderness. Contains gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), an omega-6 fatty acid.
Evidence is limited. May interact with blood-thinning and some anti-epileptic medication.

Ashwagandha
An adaptogenic herb tracked alongside stress, anxiety, sleep quality, and fatigue. Growing interest in its use during perimenopause.
Can affect thyroid function and may interact with medications. Herbal does not mean low-risk.

Vitamin B Complex
Tracked by women focusing on energy levels, brain fog, and mood. B6, B9, and B12 play roles in neurotransmitter production.
High-dose B6 over time can cause nerve symptoms like tingling or numbness. Check your total B6 from all sources.
What Sulu tracks
Dosage, specific B vitamins, frequency
Calcium
Critical for bone density maintenance during the menopausal transition, when oestrogen decline accelerates bone loss.
Large doses can cause bloating or constipation. Better split across the day than taken all at once.
What Sulu tracks
Dosage (mg), form (citrate/carbonate), frequency
Red Clover
Contains isoflavones (plant-based oestrogen-like compounds). Tracked alongside hot flashes and night sweats.
Contains plant oestrogens. Discuss with your doctor if you have a history of hormone-sensitive conditions.
What Sulu tracks
Dosage (mg), form, frequency
Probiotics
Tracked by women focusing on digestive changes, bloating, and overall gut health during perimenopause.
Effects are strain-specific — one product can feel very different from another. More species does not mean better evidence.
What Sulu tracks
Strain types, CFU count, frequency
